Founded by Shawn Yates, Predaxis Leadership Solutions is built on over two decades of firsthand experience transitioning from hands-on hardware and software engineering roles into senior technical leadership. Shawn deeply understands the challenges technical contributors face when stepping into leadership positions, having successfully navigated this journey himself. Leveraging extensive practical knowledge in Agile methodologies—including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban—he now empowers new leaders with tailored, actionable guidance that truly resonates with their unique experiences and career aspirations.
